Brand Information

The BOB brand orginated in 1991 in California. It's founders, Roger Malinowski and Philip Novotny, started the company off the back of bicycle production. The company was originally called "Beast of Burden", the basis of which remains a mystery. Many years later, the compnay in their wisdom, changed the name to its current incarnation known as, BOB. Creator Roger Malinowski explains, "BOB was easier to spell, funny, and simple. A lot like us and the stuff we produce.”

In 2006 BOB moved its corporate offices to Boise, Idaho.

BOB's primary product line is a series of well constructed, high performance strollers and prams.

Warranty Information*

All BOB strollers have a five-year warranty on the frame and one year on small parts and fabric.  They warranty their strollers against all defects in material and workmanship.
Any warranty issues can be handled by contacting your original place of purchase. They will be able to file a warranty claim and have any replacement parts ordered if needed.  You will need to provide them with your original receipt of purchase along with your stroller’s serial number. The serial number is located at the bottom of the right hand swing arm (square tubing) just above the wheel
