Full Product Description

This recall involves Go, Diego, Go! and Dora the Explorer pacifiers for ages 3 to 6 months with UPC 7 74538 11007 3. The pacifiers were sold as sets of two. Go, Diego, Go! pacifiers contained one blue guard with orange handle, and one white guard with blue handle. Dora the Explorer pacifiers contained one pink guard with white handle, and one white guard with pink handle.

Hazard Identified

Testing by Health Canada has determined that the nipples and handles of the recalled pacifiers may separate; these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injury related to the use of this product.

Corrective Action

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pacifiers away from children and dispose of them in their regular household garbage.

Approximately 4800 of the recalled pacifiers were sold at Zellers stores across Canada.
